Delivery Overview

We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible. All shipments are sent via registered mail and include a tracking code, which will be provided to you along with your shipment confirmation email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. Free shipping is available on orders over €29, as well as during selected promotional periods. Outside of these conditions, standard delivery fees apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the buyer.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched on working days. Please note that dispatch may be delayed on public holidays or in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Times

For items currently in stock, delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days from the time the order is placed. If an exceptionally longer delivery time is expected, we will notify you within 48 hours of your order being placed.

For items that are not currently in stock, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
