Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
When purchasing online, consumers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of purchase or receipt of the product, without needing to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, a written withdrawal request must be submitted clearly stating the intent to cancel the order, along with the corresponding invoice number. Withdrawal requests can be submitted by email to kiddoworldtoys@gmail.com. From the moment we receive your withdrawal request, we will process it promptly in accordance with the terms outlined below.
The only cost the buyer is responsible for in connection with a withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving your withdrawal notification and the returned products, we will issue a full refund of all payments received — immediately or within 14 days at the latest. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used, unless the consumer explicitly requests an alternative method and no additional costs are incurred as a result.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the consumer provides proof of shipment.
Returning the Product
If you have already received your order and wish to withdraw, the goods must be returned or handed over within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal notification. The return is considered timely if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day deadline expires.
Condition of Returned Goods
Consumers are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, or functioning of the product. However, the consumer bears no liability for diminished value if they were not properly informed of their right to withdraw.
The right of withdrawal exists so that you can open the product, examine it, and return it if it does not meet your expectations. Returns are accepted only in the original, undamaged packaging.
Tips for a Smooth Return Experience
To ensure your return is processed without complications, please keep the following in mind:
- Open the packaging carefully and keep it in its original condition until you are fully satisfied with the product. Please return the undamaged original packaging along with the item.
- Handle the product with care, as scratches and surface damage can occur — particularly on products with lacquered or polished finishes.
- Returned items showing visible signs of use — such as dust, scratches, stains, hair, or other marks that may raise hygiene concerns — may be subject to a deduction reflecting the diminished value of the goods.
